We will clarify what positions you need to fill, what skills or qualifications are required, and what your ideal candidate looks like. This helps to create a tailored recruitment strategy aligned with your business objectives.

We use a variety of methods to source candidates including long term relationships, our database, social media outlets and client/candidate referrals. Once we have gathered a pool of candidates we will conduct an initial screening to filter out unsuitable candidates. We endeavour to meet with all candidates prior to presenting a shortlist.
For a hassle-free experience, we will coordinate interviews between your business and ideal candidates. Both parties will be prepped prior to the meeting. Both client and candidate will be debriefed with feedback post interview.
Once you have selected your preferred candidate/s we will obtain two professional references if not provided prior. We will facilitate in extending a formal offer ensuring both parties agree on terms including salary, benefits and start-date. We will mediate any negotiations if needed. Any unsuccessful candidates will be advised and provided feedback.
We will ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with the client and the new hire. We provide post-hire support, such as following up during the first 30 to 90 days to ensure you
are satisfied and the new hire is performing as expected.
